Research

My work as a clinician is informed by clinical research that I have done in the areas of trauma and recovery, and yoga as a healing modality. Overall, this work has deeply influenced my understanding of the impact of trauma and stressful experiences on individuals’ brains, bodies, and psyches, and the personal, social, and environmental factors that support healing.  I was recently interviewed by Shape Magazine, which you can read here
